Returns Policy

Thank you for your Saffy Jewels purchase and we hope it has exceeded your expectation. We want our clients to love wearing our designs.  Our company is committed to your complete satisfactions. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept our products back for refund within 14 days after the delivery date.  If returned between 15 to 30 days, we offer exchange or Store credit.

Saffy Jewels sells only brand new, unworn and personalized jewelry. Therefore, we accept returns only unworn items in the same condition as they were shippedThe merchandise must have original tags intact and attached to the item(s) for refund or exchange. If tag is not intact and attached to merchandise upon return, the merchandise will be sent back to the original shipping address. Return merchandise should include original packaging, sale receipt and applicable tags or labels.

All Free gift(s) or free item(s) with purchase(s) or promotional gift cards must be returned and included in the return merchandise.  We cannot refund shipping charges, taxes, customer fees. 

Earrings are considered Final sale due to hygiene reasons and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Specialized personalized orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All final sales, special discount codes and promotion merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange and considered final sale.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 


Damaged Merchandises Return Process:

We pack and ship our pieces with personal care to ensure it arrives safely. If your jewelry does arrive damaged, please inform us immediately and send a picture of the damaged item. We will supply a mailing label for the merchandise to be return to us. Please note you have to ship the damage merchandise within 5 business of received label.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged merchandise to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
